Quality Assurance Management Networking Tools and Program Planning for Strengthening Sustainable Development into Community Cooperation Policies and International Research Areas |
| The EMonument Open Science Society (Mainland Europe) is an active consultant assisting NGO’s and communities in programs regarding Quality Assurance Management. Core activities are the implementation of organisational or programmatic electronic network management systems, including e-learning together with those pertaining to Quality Assurance, which centres on key actions including sustainable management, quality impacts, and efficient mandates for economic and innovative growth.
EMonument is also an active member in assisting developing communities through the promotion of technology transfer, commercialization of research results for scientific and sustainable programs. Our non-profit resource group consists of material evaluations and associations, dissemination, news, and training aimed at sustainable Quality Assurance Management for the e-learning environment, in particular:
- Promote the exchange of experience as well as the formation of contacts and networks among NGOs;
- Foster Open Source eLearning Services (OSES)

- Encourage technological and scientific cooperation internationally;
- Strengthen networking capacities in the fields of technology and science;
- Promote the accomplishments of scientific merit within the wider international framework;
- Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure development concerning policy management within developing countries, emerging economy and industrialized countries including further development of technologies and applications.
These are organizational network management systems pertaining to key actions, which includes sustainable management and quality of the environment, climatic and biodiversity impacts, renewable cleaner energy systems, and efficient mandates for economic growth enabling the integration and strengthening of the European Research Area. |
| Community Networks Assisting in Sustainable Development |
United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDG) Needs Assessment for Entire Central Asia Project (ECAP) Main Assignment Task: "Develop a single overarching national development strategy that sets priorities for donor investments, sectoral reforms, the MTBF and annual budgets." Volunteers will help towards this objective by researching the relevant fields listed below; make recommendations regarding priorities in the establishment of sustainable Monitoring Indicators, governing the five specific fields.
International Knowledge Exchange Network, (IKAN) The prime objective of the IKAN Initiative is to support relationships between innovative entrepreneurs in Europe, Eastern Europe and Central Asian countries including Third Countries. In addition, IKAN aims to support Innovation Professionals improve their capacity to assist entrepreneurs by fostering networking and the exchange of experience and good practice at European level. IKAN aims at building and supporting a truly open pan-European Specific International Scientific Cooperation Activities (INCO) network of academics, researchers and scholars in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation and/or finance. The network's primary actions include carrying forward the integration of applied and fundamental research and teaching practices, supporting the exchange and mobility of junior and senior academics, researchers and scholars. Moreover, it also disseminates breakthrough research and teaching methodologies and best practices, case studies as well as a broad diversity of applied and fundamental research output to a wider research, policy and business audience.
Stewardship Program (STEP) New proposals and methods are now required to replace outdated and inapplicable procedures and secure sustainable resources and financial structures. These new methods contrive of establishing a stewardship program within the targeted communities which gain current as well as prearrange usable data and techniques. The stewardship program will assist governmental agencies by installing locally organized affiliates which provide feedback to STEP thereby relieving specific bureaucratic management duties. The Stewardship Program (STEP) will then establish a networking system which will then monitor all aspects pertaining to environmental developments.
Environmental Networking Infrastructure Plan (ENIP) The Environmental Networking Infrastructure Plan (ENIP) is a tool offering to help meet the challenges and processes for developing quality assurance in community environmental network planning, implementation, and support. Quality assurance is a system of management activities to ensure that a process, item, or service is of the type and quality need by the user.
