EMonument is also an active member in assisting developing communities through the promotion of technology transfer, commercialization of research results for scientific and sustainable programs. Our non-profit resource group consists of material evaluations and associations, dissemination, news, and training aimed at sustainable Quality Assurance Management for the e-learning environment, and External Cooperation Programmes in particular:

• Foster Open Source eLearning Services (OSES)
