| Through our Resource Outreach Centre based in Ubon, Thailand ASIAED also supports Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and primary education and continuing education as integrated components of basic education and lifelong learning under the guiding principle of a human rights-based approach to education.
Our 9 points of outreach support is focused at supporting Community Learning Centres (CLC) defined as a local educational institution outside the formal education system, for villages or urban areas provideing various learning opportunities for the empowerment of all people within a community, improve their quality of life, and the resulting development promotes social transformation.
